Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in hospitality/travel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop strategies and long-term partnerships
- Target-oriented and capable of leading a small team
- Wide network in hospitality/travel/tourism is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (Arabic is a plus)
- Proactive, result-driven, able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to travel for business purposes
Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Analyze market trends and competition
- Prepare business proposals and conduct presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations)
- Prepare performance reports for management
- Conduct meetings with potential clients
- Represent the company in events, meetings, etc.
